Comments dose not render tags and thumbnails

the issue as you see in the picture above,  it doesn't render the images and the tags

Dear Ahmad Abu Saa,

Kindly, check field configuration for you project, it should be wiki style renderer.

After set wiki style renderer for field you will need reindex a project, or instance.
