It is necessary to make it so that when writing a comment in a user's ticket, the ticket changes the status to "reopen" or "open". If the ticket is written by a user with the role of "developers" in the FDI project, then the ticket status remains "waiting"

I think you should create an automation like this:

Where you have to insert the correct groups and destination statuses.

Hello, @Alberto Salvante ! where exactly are you doing it? (frame) I just don't see this in "jira software"...

Easiest way to get to it is Project Settings -> Automation
