Comment not added


Since version 5.2.4 the comment is not added. How to resolve this ?

Hi Jérôme,

Do you mean you cannot add comments via email anymore?

Maybe your mail handler is not configured correctly or the user sending the email doesn't have permission to comment on the issue.

Please take a look at the following and verify if everything is as it should be on your environment

If the configuration does not seem to be incorrect, please create a ticket on so our support engineers can help.

Is it still an issue? Comments are added if you don't bypass them. Isn't it possible that the "Bypass comment" option is set and used when you send emails?


I too am seeing this issue. Once we upgraded to 5.2.4, comments are not being added via email replies.
