Comment Order Settings on a Project level

We use JIRA Software and JIRA Servicedesk. When I change the advanced settings for the jira.issue.actions.order to DESC this setting is used by all projects. The Servicedesk want's these comments descending, however, our software developers want this setting set to ASC.

Is it possible to have a seperate jira.issue.actions.order based on  the project?
