Column data does not appear on Dashboard or exell export

Hi all,

I have created a filter (pic 1) and as you see 'Developer R' column is full. Then I wanted to create a Dashboard (2 dimentional filter static). When I choose my filter which I have created before, I choose 'Developer R' column on Y axis but it doesnt shown me any data on that column. 

What am i missing?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about your project and the field type.

Are you using a team-managed or a company-managed project?

What is the type of the custom field “Developer R”? 

Is it happening if you select any other field? Can you test selecting the field Assignee instead of Developer R just to check if it works?
