Color on JIRA ticket

Hello,

I use JIRA to write tickets and I like to use colors to show for example a warning.

So I use the color option here :

However, whenever I edit the texte with a color, the color does indeed work :

But whenever I save the edits, the color disappears : 

I have a colleague who can do it on the same ticket (and then it works for me) but somehow, on my account it doesn't work at all (unless someone does it for me).

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I'm assuming that you are using "Jira server / DC".

Please check the highlighted is selected on not.
