Cloud add-ons annual subscription discount (renew)

Hi,

Server add-ons provide a 50% discount for renewal, just wondering if Cloud add-ons also have a similar policy if subscribes annually.

p.s. searched the online docs and posts and found nothing relevant. Only found "billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10)".

Hi Horace,

Our Server and Cloud pricing models are actually quite different.

For Server licenses and Server add-ons, the annual renewal is for Software Maintenance (access to technical support, updates, bug fixes, etc.), which is discounted at 50% of the new license cost.

For Cloud service and Cloud add-ons, the annual renewal is for the subscription to continue using the service.  We do offer a discount on the Cloud annual pricing versus Cloud monthly pricing in that you get 2 months free by renewing annually.
