Cloud: No possibility to make a new project with a shared configuration

There was a change of layout recently and, as usually, some functions are either misplaced, or downright inaccessible (I still don't know how to access some pages without googling for it).

This one missing thing is a deal-breaker, though. I cannot make new projects with shared configurations, every "New Project"/"Create Project" button and page land on the same one, without any checkbox whatsoever. Depicted in the attached image.

How to access the shared project configuration feature after the newest (as in 2017 12 18) layout change as global JIRA admin?

I have "turned off for now" the "New Feel" and the settings are back, but I dread the day when they'll just switch it back on with no possibility of getting out of it.
