Hi,
After resolving the request, the closed state does not appear for the customer in the customer portal.
But in the agent's portal the closed button appears normally.
So, how can the customer close the requisition?
It sounds crazy, but it looks like it was working earlier.
I do not know what happens, can someone help me or indicate a topic with this solution?
I'm using the service request workflow as an example.

Hi Danilo,
What version of JIRA ServiceDesk are you using? It is possible that permissions are causing the visibility of the "Close" button to be different for you and the user or one user to another.

I´m using 3.6.1
I noticed, that when I click on "solve this issue", the state goes straight to closed.
