Cloning pages on Confluence

Hello everyone.
Could you please let me know if it's possible to replicate the placeholder messages (as shown in the image below) inside the JIRA fields? These messages should disappear once we start typing.
I tried to put it in context and value, however, we have to select and delete the default value.
