is a posibility to make button with same function as a Clone or Move? (with web fragment atc) and how? I need to have clone or move not in More, but in issue screen view as button is posible?
second question : how can i call the screen in scripts? I have screen where i have less fields how is posible to call this screen to apear?

The clone-plus plug-in allows to customize new clone features including moving the issue in another project and changing issue type. It is pretty easy to configure and you can have several custom clones.
However I don't think you can have them in the view issue screen. I guess this is possible with scriptrunner with custom code using a post function or a web-item, but you will have to code.
