1. Log into Microsoft Teams
2. Add Jira Cloud
3. Select Add to Team
4. Select Jira Sites.
5. Select Saved Filters.

@Eric Huynh it seems like you are not using Jira Cloud for Outlook integration but rather Jira integration with MS Teams. I'd suggest you create a new question on Community with the steps to reproduce and a screenshot of the error.
