Hello Community,

Can you provide me steps to achieve, when user Choosing the transition "Rework" the issue should return to Responsible(which is user picker field)

EXAMPLE: When an issue is transitioned to "Preparation", we want the issue to be automatically assigned to the person who is Responsible. For example Assignee is AB and Responsible is CD, if AB click on "Rework" the issue will be automatically assigned to CD.

please help me to achieve this.

My first instinct would be to add a post-function to the "rework" transition that would copy from the user-picker to the assignee.  You'd need an app to provide the code to do that, there's no copy built in, but all the scripting and most of the toolbox/toolkit apps can do it.
