"Child ticket is assigned to one resource and parent ticket is assigned to other resource". Can we pull this information in Jira..
Business Case: I have a team and if a Child ticket is Resolved then the Parent ticket also needs to be marked manually as Resolved by the resource. As it is difficult for the lead to check the parent ticket status one by one , If we can have a query to show the list of parent tickets whose child ticket is marked as Resolved and Parent ticket wiith Open status
