Hi,
I'm trying to upload multiple issues to Jira with a parent-child relationship (task - subtask).
I am able to upload these, and the log indicates everything went fine, however, no link is created between the subtasks and tasks.
Here's my .csv input file (note I had an epic first called NEW-001 which is what the below shows, but that's not the topic for this discussion and tried with and without)
Here's an example of the log file showing they successfully linked:
When I click on the parent task (TM-34 in this instance) there are no sub-tasks:
And although I cannot see the sub-tasks in my backlog, I can search for them. So they have been successfully imported and classified as subtasks, but they're linked to the overall project, not to the parent task. See:
