Charting plugin to display data in JIRA dashboards

Hi,

I have a requirement to display assignee changes for a running time period. As an example, for a time period of a year I need to display each of the counts listed below for a particular user on a weekly basis.

1. Issues moved from a given user(out)

2. Issues assigned to a given user (in)

3.Total number of issues assigned to that user at that point of time(Total)

This needs to be displayed as a chart on the JIRA dashboard on a weekly basis with the past data included. A manually done chart of the requirement is displayed below.

Is there a plugin that can be used for this purpose?

Any help on this would be much appreciated

I don't know the exact solution of such kind of gadget, but https://eazybi.com/help/jira this plugin allows to you create complex reporting gadgets.
