Is it possibel to automatically transition a ticket to a new state when a comment is made on a case? We have a 'Waiting Feedback' status and when a comment (usually made via email) is added I want the workflow to move the ticket back to 'In Progress'. I know this can cause a lot of back and forth, but I don't want the user providing the feedback to have to log into Jira to change the status of the ticket. Thank you!!
