Changing of Jira Email for Jira Certification

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question, I used my company's email for my Atlassian university account and I noticed that I might not have access to it when I leave the company, I just registered for the Jira Cloud Administrator cloud prep course and I'm planning on writing the exam too, please how can I change the email to my personal email.

Hello @Ismail Sanni !

You can set up personal and work emails in your Certification account profile.  Any certifications you earn can travel with you on that account.

Hi @Ismail Sanni ,

I would suggest you to raise a ticket with Atlassian and ask them if they are able to change it. No one has the access except Atlassian certification Team. I believe it is possible to change it.
