Hello all - My company has recently changed their email domain from @oldDomain to @newDomain (examples, obviously...)
All JIRA accounts still show the old email domain, and any time a user submits a ticket it creates a new account for the new domain.
Is there a way (without going by hand through all 700 accounts and editing the email domain) to bulk change everything for user account from @oldDomain to @newDomain?
Thanks in advance!
which jira version do you use?
I guess you are using a local user directory?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You can use a Jelly Script or you can use the JIRA Soap API.
1. Loop all the user accounts and update the domain.
