I recently changed companies and am back to square one with their jira instance. I am trying to set up some filter subscriptions but for some reason the only items that are coming though on the email are issuekey and Summary with a link to the issue. I need assignee, due date, etc... What am I forgetting on how to change this??
You can customize the email templates used by JIRA and include all the fields that you want to be sent along with the notification. Here is the default guide on how to do so:
