Changing Create Button to redirect to different page

After clicking the 'create' button on my create issue screen I would like the browser to be re-directed to a dashboard rather than an isssue page. Is this possible?

I think that it' possible, but you have to develop a plugin with java which extend web work action create issue and override the doExecute method.
