Change user's password in JIRA

How do I change user's password in JIRA? Or set it myself? I don't see any options and I'm using latest version of jira.

I need to create couple users to test what kind of stuff they see and don't see - just for testing.

That doesn't work for me - I don't see "set user password" link

yes. I just created another user but I can't change their passwords

Check if you have External User Management option set to ON.
