Change the location of the comment field on a screen?

Hi, I added an "Instructions for QA" field to a "Resolve Issue Screen", and I would like it to appear under the Comment field, such that developers will fill the resolution details first and then continue to the "Instructions for QA" section.

The problem is that the Comment field does not appear on the list of fields on the screen, so I can't add and then reorder it.

How can this be done?

At the same page that you added the "Instructions for QA" field, you must drag the  "Instructions for QA" to under the Comment field.

The Comment Field is a sort of default field and does not appear in the Configure Screen page. That was the reason of the original question. Is there a way to change the position of the Comment field even though it does not appear in the list of fields? Thank you.
