Change the displayed size of the Description field

Is it possible to increase the displayed size of the Description field during the create and edit operation of an issue?

In the standard modus, only about 7 lines our visible after which scrolling is required.

It is not possible on onDemand. In the downloaded version, you could have modified the templates directly or used a javascript to do this.
