Change relative time to absolut time

I am on the Ondemand solution. can I change the date formatting so it uses absolut time and not relative?

Jira automatically displayes relative times, such as "2 minuttes ago" or "In 2 hours". I would like Jira to Display ex. "28. august 2014 - 10:00"

Ah, ok.

No, you can't force the detailed time display on Cloud. You can't on Server 6.2 or below either.
