Hi, we are applying for SSL certificate and set JIRA (jira software server version latest) to use this particular keystore where storing the certificate.
As we have been using http for testing for a while, is it possible to switch current one to https ?
Hi Quan,
You can setup your current installation to use HTTPS. Here are a few articles that can help you get started:
Take a look at those resources and you should be set.

Thank you, Branden, which self-signed certificate you recommend, assuming free version, please ?
I will test self-signed certificate first on my current running jira site.

Hi Quan,
A self signed certificate would be generated by your system, however, if you want to use a third party certificate you're most likely going to need to pay for one. There are some free ones but I've only used them for limited testing and they're usually limited in the time they are valid. I've only used Comodo SSL but I've heard about Cloudflare and have recently begun to hear more about Let’s Encrypt as well.
Hopefully that helps.
Cheers,
Branden

I've set up most of an Atlassian stack with Let's Encrypt recently. You really can just follow the docs, and it's free.
