Change first week of year

Hello

We are using TimeReports and we have found an offset in week number.

Today, 25 may, is a day of week #21. If we are displaying the time report in monthly view, all logged work appears in week #22. In 2016, week #1 started 4 january.

Does a parameter of offset the first day of year exists ?

Unfortunately, it does help us, we are on JIRA Cloud and this solution can not be applied.

However, I do the modification, the only visible effect is monday à first day of week, but week number still wrong.
