hello,
So I realised that I have an account with my old work email and a personal account that's quite old and never used. I tried to cancel the old personal acocunt and use the same email to as the email to switch to in the first account. Unfrtunately I'm not getting the confirmation emails. it seems to get general emails from Atalassian though. Checked my spam folder ofc.
Anybody know if this could be a temprary issue, or if there's something wrong from "the other side"
