Change Reporter on Reopen

I suspect I'll hear back this isn't a "best practice", but....

We have a customer-facing project, and there have been times when an issue was resolved and closed, only to have a another person at the customer decide it should be reopened. I'd like that action to make the person who took the Reopen action to become the Reporter (they are now becoming the "owner" of the issue).

I was hoping a Post Function would be available for this, but don't see one.

Is there any other way I could do this?

Alternatively, you can use the Change Issue Reporter or Assignee plugin. I've never used it deeply, but I've just tested and it seemed to do the trick. ;)
