Hi All

I have recently applied a F5 Web server infront on JIRA application. I have installed the JIRA certificates on the F5 server fine.

When i access the JIRA application, there are no certificate errors however the gadgets on the dashboard do not load.

If i bypass the Webserver there is no such issue.

What may be going wrong?

Rahul

Hi @Rahul Aich [Nagra],

Add the same certificates into Jira's JVM.

How to import a public SSL certificate into a JVM

Then add into server.xml connector

proxyName="jira.sample.com" proxyPort="443" scheme="https"
