I am trying to include a column which can show the age of each case (i.e. the date the report is run minus the day it was created). This will give the age in days.
I also want to include a column which shows when last the cases was updated (i.e date the report is run minus the last update date). Once this functionality is implemented, I then want to develop a dashboard showing showing number of cases with not update in past 7 days, 21 day and 45 days and greater than 45 days.
How can this be done?
