Looking for some tool that can do capacity planning and tracking in Jira when
=> Only stories and tasks are estimated with story points
=> sub-tasks on stories or tasks doesn't have estimates
=> Individuals are not assigned to stories or task, they only take sub-tasks
=> Multiple individual work on one story or task
=> We don't use hours for any estimation - either planned or actual
