Cannot unlock a locked custom fields.

I noticed a few locked custom fields in my Jira instance (Epic Colour, Epic Name, Epic Status, Epic Link, Rank, Sprint). I did all steps from here:

But after starting my Jira fields are still locked.

Do you know maybe what cause that and how to unlock it finally?

Please read the last line in the resolution provided in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILEKB/How+to+unlock+a+Locked+field

As soon as you start JIRA, these fields will be automatically locked again. Could you please tell us what you are trying to do and why you want to unlock the fields?

Sorry, I should be more exact.

I was trying to delete duplicated custom fields. But some of them ware locked. I did manage already to unlocked some of them, i.e. I had 8 duplication of "Rank' and three of them were locked. I managed to unlock two of them (according to instruction in url) but the third one is still locked. And I want to identidy why exactly this one and in the end unlock it.

I am  facing issue on jira, like in my access epics,story,sprint everything is in locked state. I am unable to fetch the data from jira to hygieia. anyone knws about how the customfild will work to hygieia.
