Cannot sign in to Jira app in my ipad

Hi Rinaldo,

I tried to login using the official app on my iPhone and did not run into any issues so I have a few questions and a couple tests:

• What application are you using on your iPad, e.g. Mobility for Jira, Jira Cloud, etc.?
• What is your Cloud URL?
• What 2FA app are you using?
• Are you using GSuite or a regular email address to login?

At this point please:

1. Try another iPad
2. Try an iPhone
3. Try another account

Please provide the answers to the above questions and the results of the tests and we'll go from there.
