Cannot see the 'Manage Add-ons' option under the Administration>Add-Ons screen

Hi,

I have a question about Add-on administration options;

In our dev instance of JIRA (running v6.0.1), we have UPM installed (v2.15.2) and enabled, so we are not really sure why the add-ons options (search and install) are not displayed under the administration screen.

I have sys-admin privileges, so should be able to see any options available.

(A side issue is that Zephyr is installed but currently disabled, with no apparent easy option to enable it - I'm hoping that resolving UPM/Add-ons will enable me to fix this side issue!)

I believe you might have JIRA Administrator grants and not JIRA System Administrator grants. Please find below the limitations for the JIRA Administrator vs JIRA System Administrator, which also includes the manage addons page.

To resolve this, you should go tot he Global Permission page and add your user as JIRA System Administrator.
