I added the Jira Cloud Connector to a Microsoft Teams channel and connected the webhook to Jira Cloud. However, whenever an issue is updated, the MS Teams channel does post a new message, but I can't see the "View in Jira" button to click on the hyperlink and access the issue URL.
Hi Leo,
The following steps and information are provided for your reference:
1. First, add a "Jira Cloud" Connector to my Teams Channel.
2. In Jira Cloud, go to Settings -> System -> Webhooks -> Create a WebHook, and enter the Webhook URL provided by the Teams Channel Connector in the URL field.
3. Configure Issue-related events so that when an Issue is created/updated or a Comment is created/updated, a message will be sent to the MS Teams Channel.
4. Below is the final Adaptive Card displayed in the MS Teams Channel. I did not see the "View in Jira" button as clickable. However, if I check on my mobile MS Teams Channel, I can see the "View in Jira" button functioning normally.

Hi @Kilo ,
You need to use an official or not (Move Work Forward with Jira) Microsoft Teams application and not the webhooks integration. The official webhook integration via a connector does not support Microsoft Teams card actions (View in Jira in this case).
Please try those apps and let me know if you need any further help.
Cheers,
Leo

Hi Leo,
Thank you for your reply. I’d like to further consult with you regarding your mention of "You need to use an official or not (Move Work Forward with Jira) Microsoft Teams application." Could you please advise if there is an SOP available for reference? Additionally, could you provide information on which applications I can consider using?
Thank you very much!
Kilo
