Cannot see previous weeks in Time Sheet Gadget

The Time Sheet Gadget on my Dashboard will nolonger show previous weeks. The backwards and forward arrows have no effect. Clicking on the padlock icon changes the padlock to open or closed but makes no difference other than occasionaly causes an error message "An internal server error occurred when requesting resource ." This gadget has worked well for a many months.

After a short while the problem showed up also in Firefox. There seems to be an issue with the padlock icon. Deleteing all browser temporary files rectifies the problem and NOT clicking on the padlock icon prevents it happening again.

Hi David,

to clarify while trialling the product do you have an eval license? Sometimes when the license expires you see the product but the connection to respond is ceased.

which browser are you using? rendering issues can be based on your browser settings like DOM Storage is switched off if you have a microsoft update in IE or your java isn't up to date in firefox.

Is the Timesheet Gadget related to Tempo or Timesheet reports for JIRA by atlassian?

You were right to suspect the browser as it is a problem with IE only. Everything works well in Firefox. Strange that it happened suddenly and IE automatic updates are off but I can live with Firefox.
