Cannot see a sprint in Backlog view with quick filter applied

I have a board which contains all of my projects called Combined.

Within this board I have one active sprint - 05M17. I then have sprints for each month so that tickets can be created and dropped into the relevant sprint for forward planning.

06M17

07M17

08M17, etc.....

When I view the backlog with no quick filters applied I can see all of the sprints. When I use the quick filters on some of them 06M17 is missing. All of the others are there. The quick filters are all based on assignee only and each filter includes all assignees for each team.

Why would I not be able to see 06M17 with assignee-only quick filters applied ?

I am using Jira in the cloud.
