Cannot see Export users button in User Management

I am using a server version of Jira and want to move to cloud version.  I want to export the users in Jira in server version and import them to the cloud version. I am unable to see the "Export users" button when I go to User management in server version. (It is also not visible in the cloud version). Does anyone know what might be the reason?

Hi Anoja,

In order to export users you would create a backup and import the backup to cloud per Migrating from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud.

In Cloud you should see an export users when you click on the gear and go to User Management as in the screenshot below:

There is an article titled How to export users to CSV from a JIRA application that provides SQL statements to export the users and a section titled Cloud's User Import that shows you how to prepare the CSV for import into a Cloud instance.
