Cannot remove "Jira Service Desk" application access

Hi,

I want to remove "JIRA Service Desk" from my user, but I'm not able to do so since button is grayed and says "You can only modify your own access directly via group memberships.".

Where can I configure this "group memberships"?

Hi Manuel,

 

You can click on the 'cog' icon > User Management.

Search by the user and remove the group for the Service Desk.

Or type GG and then start typing user management and the group user management will pop up in the list
