Cannot reindex JIRA due to Invalid value error

Hi,

I cannot reindex my JIRA instance due to invalid value as following. I've tried to clean up the cache/indexes folder but it doesn't help. I think there's bad issue inside my JIRA database. How to find out that issue and fix it?

Thanks,

-Hieu

Looks like you have an invalid value stored in the due date field. Looking at the sources, the error appears when parsing the year part of a date, so you might be able to search for the value in the database using an SQL query on table jiraissue that would search for issues with a due date that is after a reasonable future date (like year 3000 for example).

Thanks Florin, I found out that issue...You're correct, the due date is 13176...

Looks like we can still set the value to out range of JIRA via UI..
