I keep getting this message when trying to raise a support ticket on the Atlassian Support Portal:
Sorry your request was unable to be sent at this time. Please try again.
I tried several times using different browsers but getting the same outcome, and it seems that Atlassian stopped accepting tickets raised through support@atlassian.com.
Can anyone help me?
