Cannot move an issue from Todo to any other columns

This problem is only related to a single user, other users can move their issues without problem. This user is a member of the the same groups as other people. Re-assigning the issue to someone else allows the other user to move the issue. We can the reassign the issue to the original user.

We have tried deleting the user and creating a completely different user (different name and email) and the second user has the same problems as the first.

We are working with user 25 of our 25 user license.

Pat, if this user tries to perform the transition directly from the Issue (by clicking in the transition's button), does it works? If not, can you check if is there any error messages there?

Hi Andre,

Thanks for the quick response.

The transition buttons are missing altogether for this user. The image below is from an issue that is currently in the ToDo column.

If I view the same issue using another account I see the "Start Progress" button.

We see no error messages on the page. Is there an error log I can consult?
