Cannot login after password change on Jira

Hi everybody,

I have some trouble with my Jira. This Jira is connected to an Active Directory and when someone changes his user password then he cannot login on Jira. This user can't login against Jira with the new password but not even with the old password. Is a recently issue, this has been working always and now is happening with all users that change his password.

  • We restarted the Jira server but didn't work.
  • I have tried to restart the password from Active Directory but didn't work.

I have been researching and it may be a issue with the SSL connection between the Jira server and Active Directory Server but it don't know what to do.

I hope you can help me.

Hi David,

please could you synch JIRA directory (linked to AD) and try again? What is the synch interval that you setup?
