Hi, Our Approvers who are also agents cannot load the tickets waiting for their approval on agent portal but can load on customer portal? Is this by design?
@Swathi Panneer Selvam What do you mean by cannot load. Are they not able to see the issue if they go directly to the issue in the agent view? Are they not showing up in their queue?
