Cannot install Automated Log Work for JIRA OnDemand

Hi, I'm trying to install the free trial of Automated Log Work for JIRA to see if it is suitable for my company but each time I try I get the same error message:

Do you know what the problem is please? What other information might you require from me to track the problem down? We use JIRA OnDemand (latest) for 50 licensed users.

I took the liberty of starting the trial of that add-on for you, and it seems it is installed correctly.
