Cannot get past login page unless remove the cookies of Jira server

Hi ,

When doing stuff in our Jira, sometimes I'm kicked out and I can't login any more. When I try to login, I'm always redirected to the same login page until I remove the cookies of Jira.

This doesn't happen too often. But most of users in our company experience the issue.

Please help to look at this issue.

I experienced something similar, reason was I was navigating with FF and Chrome to the same pages in Confluence. In FF I had to remove all confluence cookies to be able to login.
