Hello all, I was using the Filter counts gadget in Jira dashboard for reporting purpose. But suddenly found that it was no longer usable. attached screenshot for reference. I'm still using the standard version and with paid licenses.
It seems that the gadget source a filter or project is based on projects you don't have permission to anymore.
That's what it seems like. But I changed nothing in my project or Jira instance. And last I checked this was a basic gadget by Atlassian as well. It should have been available to me.

It is a basic gadget.
But the gadget shows information, based on selecting a project or an existing filter.
If the gadget configuration contains a filter or project you don't have permissions to, the message you describe is shown.
Edit the dashboard the gadget is on and check the configuration of the gadget.
See what the source of the gadget is and check if you have permissions on the source.

The gadget isn't even showing in the list of gadgets anymore. Cannot do anything at all.

Do you still have an active JSM subscription.
