Cannot find License section of "System" menu

I have been trying to follow the online instructions but I simply do NOT have a "License" option anywhere in the System area. I'm logged in as the administrator.

Um, you're looking at documentation for JIRA 6, but you appear to be on 7.

Try the application access, and/or typing "licence" into the admin search next to "Administration"

Applications, Versions & licenses is probably what you're looking for
