WARNING: processCallbacks status 2

And Some times I get this:

2012-11-28 16:14:39,939 TP-Processor17 ERROR jen.carle 974x1384x1 6pz1ls /rest/plugins/1.0/ plugin.osgi.factory.OsgiPlugin Detected an error (BundleException) enabling the plugin '' : Unresolved constraint in bundle 101 : Unable to resolve 101.0: missing requirement 101.0 package; (&(package=com.atlassian.bandana)(version>=3.1.0)). This error usually occurs when your plugin imports a package from another bundle with a specific version constraint and either the bundle providing that package doesn't meet those version constraints, or there is no bundle available that provides the specified package. We are using JIRA 5.1.5 and Confluence 4.3.1 (installed on-site, not on-demand).
